Sahyog - UP：ICDS的协作监督应用
Sahyog (Collaborative Supervision) App is a mobile-based application developed by Alive & Thrive under the ICDS Directorate in Uttar Pradesh. It aims to enhance the quality of nutrition and health programs by providing mentoring, coaching, and motivation to ICDS staff. The app is designed to improve the coverage and quality of nutrition services for all eligible beneficiaries under ICDS.
With Sahyog, supervisors can effectively plan and manage their visits to Anganwadi centers. The app provides a monthly planner, allowing supervisors to schedule tours and ensure comprehensive coverage. It also offers features such as an assigned worker list, checklist for inspection and assessment, debrief sessions, and a performance dashboard.
By digitizing the supervision process, Sahyog eliminates paperwork and streamlines data collection. Supervisors can easily record information about the quality of services and gather feedback from beneficiaries. The app enables supervisors to identify deficiencies and make data-driven decisions to improve service quality. The entered data can be used for review meetings at the sector and block levels.
Sahyog - UP is a progressive step towards enhancing the interaction between supervision cadres and their subordinates, ultimately improving the quality of services for the beneficiaries.
